Do we offer refunds?

We only offer refunds on damaged products, check out “Our Policies” page for more information.

My UGGs came damaged, what do I do?

If your UGGs come damaged, we will be able to send you a new pair or give you a refund. You can contact us by emailing: [email protected]. We will ask for a picture of the damage product also.

How do I pick the specific size and color I want for the UGGs?

Once you purchase the UGGs, you can email us the size and color via our customer service email! [email protected].

Do we ship worldwide?

We do not ship worldwide.

How long is shipping time?

Shipping time can be from 2-4 business days. UGGs do take longer. Processing time is 2-4 business days and shipping time is 7-14 business days for the UGGs. Shipping time has been delayed due to COVID. Processing time is 2-4 business days and shipping time is now 7-20 business days for the UGGs. Shipping time for other products will be 3-7 business days. 

How do I know what size I am?

Most of our items run true to size unless otherwise posted.
