Shipping Policy:
Please make sure that your address is correct before submitting your order. If you do order and put in the wrong address & the package is shipped back to us, we will ship it back to you but you will have to pay for shipping again. Meilani is not responsible if the delivery company (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) lose or misplace your package as it is not in our hands. Processing time and delivery time do not include weekends and holidays.
UGG Shipping:
Due to the high demand in UGGs and COVID, shipping time has been delayed. Normal packages are now expected to arrive in 7-20 business days which does not include the 2-4 business days for processing. If you had any more questions or concerns, you can email us at [email protected].
If you do place an order for anything else besides the UGGs, shipping time is 3-7 business days. As we stated before, there is going to be a delay in shipping time due to COVID.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on any order unless your UGGs have been damaged. If your UGGs do come damage, you can either receive a new pair or a refund. You can email us at [email protected] for more information. We will also ask for pictures and a description of the damaged product.
